Company Goals
Our company goals are your visions, communicating with our customers on issues we find during the build assures you of a job done right. Some companies are what we call cover-up companies, they cover-up potential problems so they can move on to the next job, we do not. Our highest goal is changing the industry standard, when we win a bid, if we do the job for less you pay less, this is unheard of in this industry.
OTB The Company
I started in the construction industry as a teenager off and on, I went full time in 2005 with a residential construction company for a year and a half. Then I worked for a commercial construction company for another year and a half. I then started OTB Construction in 2008. My wife joined me in 2011, and we also employed up to four other employees in the years to follow. In 2012 we bought out that residential construction company, and we have been building up the family owned company ever since.
